1. Rental Period

• The rental period begins on the date the items are collected or delivered and ends on the agreed return date.

• Any extension must be requested in advance and is subject to approval and additional charges.

2. Rental Charges & Payment

• Full payment must be made before collection/delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late returns will incur additional daily charges.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required upon booking/collection.

• The deposit will be refunded within 3–7 working days after items are returned in good condition.

• Deductions will be made for damages, loss, or missing parts.

4. Item Condition & Usage

• All items are provided in good, clean, and functional condition.

• Renter is responsible for proper care and usage of all rented items.

• Items must not be altered, repainted, modified, or used for unintended purposes.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• Renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period.

• Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

• In cases where the item cannot be repaired, full replacement value will be billed.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-show on the agreed pickup/delivery date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery and collection services are available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• Renter must ensure the venue/location is accessible and safe for loading/unloading.

8. Responsibility & Liability

• Renter assumes full responsibility for the rented items from the moment they are collected/delivered until they are returned.

• The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring from improper use of the items.

9. Return Condition

• All items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.

• Cleaning fees may apply for items returned in poor or dirty condition.

10. Agreement Acceptance

• By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.
